<P class=EC_MsoNormal><SPAN lang=FR><FONT face=Cambria size=3></FONT></SPAN> <SPAN lang=FR style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><FONT face=Cambria>Pour exiger la démission immédiate du gouvernement de deux de ses membres qui sont candidats à l’élection présidentielle : Mr Ali Ben BONGO ONDIMBA (Ministre de la DEFENSE) et Mr Pierre Claver MAGANGA MOUSSAVOU (Ministre de l’enseignement technique). En ce qui concerne Mr Ali Ben BONGO ONDIMBA, organisateur de l’élection (d’après article 17 du code électoral gabonais),<SPAN> </SPAN>il ne peut pour des raisons de bon sens, de transparence et d’équité être à la fois organisateur et compétiteur. Outre aux deux concernés, ce message s’adresse à Madame Rose Francine ROGOMBE, présidente intérimaire de la République Gabonaise.</FONT></SPAN>

En effet, seulement 1/3 du corps électoral a s’inscrire sur les liste au moment de la fin des inscriptions ; de plus, alors que la loi électorale exige l’affichage des listes électorales 30 jours avant le scrutin, les listes définitives ne sont toujours pas affichées : voilà des faits précurseurs de la fraude qui se préparer et que nous devons contrecarrer !</FONT></SPAN>
