<P>Suite à la conférence de presse tenue à Libreville le 16 avril 2009 par un groupe de responsables d’associations gabonaises, je tiens à manifester mon étonnement et mon indignation en constatant que le nom de </P></FONT><I><FONT face="Times New Roman,Times New Roman" size=3>Publiez ce que vous Payez </FONT></I><FONT size=3>apparaît dans la liste des signataires du document sorti lors de cette rencontre.
<P>Je tiens solennellement à condamner l’imposture de ce groupe qui divertit l’opinion gabonaise depuis un certain temps avec des sorties publiques incohérentes. </P></FONT><B><FONT face="Times New Roman,Times New Roman" size=3>
<P>En tant que Coordonnateur de la </P></FONT><I><FONT face="Times New Roman,Times New Roman" size=3>Coalition Publiez ce que vous Payez </FONT></I><FONT face="Times New Roman,Times New Roman" size=3>et seul apte à intervenir au nom de cette structure, conformément à la charte adoptée en mars 2009 mettant en place une nouvelle structure dirigeante, j’apporte un démenti quant à la présence de </FONT><I><FONT face="Times New Roman,Times New Roman" size=3>Publiez ce que vous Payez </FONT></I><FONT face="Times New Roman,Times New Roman" size=3>à cette réunion de diversion.

<P>Il faut rappeler, au regard des agissements des uns et des autres, qu’il existe deux groupes d’acteurs de la société civile au Gabon : un groupe qui a décidé de prendre le relais des hommes politiques pour éclipser le vrai débat sur la gestion de la chose publique et un groupe qui se veut libre et indépendant. Je réaffirme ici que </P></FONT><I><FONT face="Times New Roman,Times New Roman" size=3>Brainforest, SOJECS, Afrique Horizon, ALCR, Théopolis </FONT></I><FONT size=3>et bien d’autres appartiennent à ce deuxième groupe et ne cèderont pas face à ces manoeuvres de diversion.
<P>Les organisations qui ne se reconnaissent pas dans cette seconde catégorie ne cessent, depuis notre incarcération abusive en décembre 2008, d’être les relais inefficaces de certains hommes politiques comme le Ministre de l’intérieur gabonais. </P></FONT><I><FONT size=3>
<P><FONT face="Times New Roman">Publiez ce que vous Payez Gabon </FONT></P></FONT></I><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman">se réserve le droit de saisir les instances compétentes si les mêmes donneurs de leçons se livrent encore au jeu de l’imposture. </FONT>
<P>L’heure n’est plus à la diversion et encore moins à l’amateurisme associatif. C’est sur le terrain que l’opinion nous juge, non sur la délation et la désinformation. Cette recette ne passe plus, elle est indigeste pour les populations. </P></FONT><B><FONT face="Times New Roman,Times New Roman" size=3>
